Gateway
The LOLA Gateway is the brain of the entire system. It connects all sensors in the home and quietly monitors what’s happening, day and night. When something needs attention, it instantly notifies family members or carers through the LOLA app.
It plugs into your internet via Ethernet and works in the background without interfering with daily life. One gateway can protect a single home, and multiple gateways can be managed under one account for families or professional care providers.
Speaker
The Bluetooth speakerphone allows carers or family to speak directly into the home during an alert. If a fall is detected or an emergency button is pressed, you can start a two-way voice call straight from the app.
The resident doesn’t need to press anything or answer a phone. The speaker activates automatically, providing clear, hands-free communication across the room for reassurance or quick assessment.
Pendant
The wearable emergency pendant provides immediate help at the press of a button. It can be worn around the neck or wrist, allowing the resident to request assistance instantly if they feel unwell, unsafe, or need support.
When pressed, the alert is sent directly to carers through the app. It’s lightweight, discreet, and designed to be simple enough for anyone to use confidently.
Fall detection sensor
The fall detection sensor automatically identifies serious falls and sends an alert without the resident needing to press a button. It adds an extra layer of protection for people who may not be able to call for help.
Installed discreetly on a wall or ceiling, it monitors the room continuously and can also track occupancy. It’s ideal for bedrooms, bathrooms, or other higher-risk areas.
Waterproof Emergency Button
Designed for bathrooms and wet areas, the Lola waterproof emergency button provides an easily accessible help point where slips are more likely to occur.
A single press sends an alert immediately to carers. Its durable, water-resistant design makes it suitable for showers and other moisture-prone spaces.
Utility Transmitter
The Lola utility transmitter allows existing floor mats, bed pads, or other wired safety devices to connect into the LOLA system. It acts as a bridge between traditional equipment and modern wireless monitoring.

Door Reed Sensor

PIR Motion Sensor

Water Leak Detector
The Lola water leak detector identifies unexpected water on the floor and sends an alert to carers. It’s ideal for bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, or near medical equipment.
Small and wireless, it sits discreetly on the floor and helps prevent minor leaks from becoming major problems.
Philips Hue Smart Plug (Range Extender)
The Lola system communicates using Zigbee – a low-power wireless protocol that works best when signals can hop between devices.
In larger homes or homes with thick walls, the Philips Hue Smart Plug extends the Zigbee network so every sensor stays reliably connected.
Carbon Monoxide Detector
